Ye Eun (Charlotte) Chun’s practice focuses on government investigations and crisis management.

She has helped numerous global companies defend against high-stakes government investigations in a wide array of subject matters, including in civil and criminal cases, as well as in antitrust merger challenges. She focuses on identifying practical solutions while balancing nuanced business considerations.

Charlotte also has a robust pro bono practice, focusing on government transparency and children’s rights advocacy.

She is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, Diversity Advisory Committee, and Women’s Working Group Leadership Committee.

Charlotte joined the firm in 2019, and was a resident of the New York office from 2019-2021. She has been a resident of the Silicon Valley office since 2021.
