Charles W. Allen’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate governance matters.

Charles is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice, primarily advising on small business and nonprofit matters and on veterans benefit cases, in addition to other matters.

Charles joined the firm in 2013 and became a partner in 2022.
