Catherine Johnson’s practice focuses on international trade and national security matters.
She supports clients on a variety of regulatory issues, including compliance and enforcement matters involving U.S. customs laws, export control laws, such as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), sanctions laws, anti-boycott laws, inbound and outbound foreign investment regulations, and foreign anti-bribery laws such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). She also guides clients through foreign investment-related national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
Catherine joined the firm in 2024 from another full-service law firm, where she focused on similar international trade and national security matters.
