  • Alstom before the EC and other antitrust agencies in its terminated €15 billion combination with Siemens’ Mobility business and its successful acquisition of Bombardier Transport.

  • NVIDIA in merger proceedings before the EC leading to the unconditional authorization of its $6.8 billion acquisition of Mellanox.

  • Google in the Turkish Competition Authority’s Shopping and Adwords investigations.

  • Essilor in its €48 billion acquisition of Luxottica.

  • General Motors Co. (GM) in the sale of its Opel/Vauxhall subsidiary and GM Financials’ European operations to PSA Group, in a transaction valuing these activities at €1.3 billion and €0.9 billion, respectively.

  • Citigroup in several European and national investigations and litigations, including the EC’s investigations of alleged conduct relating to Spot FX trading.
