Anna Kogan’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with a particular emphasis on representation of private equity firms in connection with debt financings for their private equity, credit, real estate, and other investment funds, and representation of financial sponsors in fund-level management company and holding company financings.
Anna joined the firm in 2009 and became counsel in 2022.
