Andrew Juettner is a Senior Discovery Attorney in the firm’s Washington office.

Andrew focuses on managing discovery and document reviews for litigations and investigations, serving a full range of the firm’s global clients. He advises clients on preservation, collection, review, privilege logging, and production processes for a wide variety of matters including antitrust, securities enforcement, and civil litigation. He regularly utilizes predictive coding and technology-based analytics as a component of discovery strategies for production and privilege reviews.

Andrew works with clients, other attorneys, paralegals, litigation support professionals, and outside discovery vendors to provide efficient and cost effective discovery solutions. He coordinates with discovery technology providers to manage data collection, processing, and production logistics. He also supervises large teams of review attorneys for all stages of matters, including reviews for relevance, privilege claims and logging, advocacy, deposition preparation, and trial preparation.

Andrew joined the firm in 2010.
