Andrew L. Lindsay’s practice focuses on advising U.S. and international financial institutions on U.S. bank and bank holding company regulatory matters.
Among other areas, this includes the legal and regulatory requirements imposed under the Dodd-Frank Act and rules promulgated thereunder, including those related to the Volcker Rule as well as capital and liquidity; matters related to the structure and scope of regulated activities, including the implementation and operation of capital markets, commodities, financial intermediation, and other bank and non-bank activities; and banking organizations on U.S. recovery and resolution planning.
Andrew joined the firm in 2025, having previously practiced at international law firms where he advised financial institutions and their executives in matters before the OCC, FDIC, CFPB, and New York Department of Financial Services.
