Amy N. Roth is a Senior Discovery Attorney in the firm’s Washington office, managing electronic discovery and document review for litigation and regulatory matters.
Amy’s experience includes antitrust and complex commercial litigation as well as antitrust compliance, including work in connection with the merger review process.
Amy manages teams and processes throughout the discovery lifecycle, including document review and production, complex privilege analysis and defense of privilege claims, and advocacy and deposition preparation. She works with Cleary attorneys, litigation support personnel, and outside e-discovery vendors, along with a variety of analytical tools, in order to provide efficient and cost-effective discovery.
Amy joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining Cleary, she was an attorney at an antitrust boutique firm in Washington, D.C. and New York.
