SEC Establishes Incentives for Individuals and Companies to Cooperate with Investigations and Enforcement Actions

On January 13, 2010, the Securities and Exchange Commission announced various initiatives to encourage individuals and companies to fully and truthfully cooperate with securities investigations and enforcement actions.
