SAIC Issues New Draft Rules Under the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce, which is responsible for enforcing the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law (AML) with regard to non-price-related conduct, has published three draft substantive rules for public comment. These drafts deal with the application of the AML to restrictive agreements, abuses of dominant market positions and abuses of administrative power.
