The Signatory Showcase episode, titled “Creatively Redressing the Criminalization of Marijuana Use,” further examines the launch of New York State’s Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary licensing program, which prioritizes licensing individuals affected by the past criminalization of marijuana use.
