New Belgian Rules on Primary Market Practices

On June 29, 2007, the Brussels office authored an Alert Memo entitled, “New Belgian Rules on Primary Market Practices.” A Royal Decree of May 17, 2007, relating to practices on the primary market was published on June 18, 2007, in the Belgian State Gazette. It amends in certain important respects the rules applicable to public offerings of securities in Belgium.
