Incentivi alle start-up: aggiornamento / Incentives for Start-Ups: Update

Il 13 dicembre 2012 il Parlamento ha approvato la legge di conversione del D.L. 18 ottobre 2012, n. 179, che contiene, tra l’altro, un pacchetto di misure volte a favorire la nascita e lo sviluppo di nuove imprese innovative (le c.d. start-up innovative).

La legge di conversione ha modificato alcune delle disposizioni relative alle start-up innovative, prevedendo generalmente un’estensione dei benefici previsti per tali imprese. L’Alert Memo allegato descrive le principali modifiche.

On December 13, 2012 the Italian Parliament adopted a Law to convert, with amendments, Law Decree No. 179 of October 18, 2012, aimed, inter alia, at promoting the establishment and growth of innovative start-ups in Italy.

This Law has amended some of the provisions relating to innovative start-ups, generally expanding the benefits applicable to these companies. The attached Alert Memo describes such amendments.
