FTC and DOJ Expand Scope of Information and Documents Required for HSR Notification

On July 7, the FTC and DOJ jointly issued changes to the information required for a premerger notification filing under the HSR Act. The changes broaden the scope of documents and information required for the filing and will become effective thirty days after the new rule is published in the Federal Register, which is expected shortly.
