Employer Considerations Regarding the COVID-19 Vaccine

On December 2, 2020, the UK granted emergency use authorization for a COVID-19 vaccine. On December 11, 2020, the CDC followed suit in the United States.

In both countries, the authorizations have raised questions relating to whether employers can require their employees to receive the vaccine.
