Coronavirus: New Rules to Hold the Annual Shareholders’ Meetings

In Article 106 of Decree Law No. 18 of March 17, 2020, the Italian Government introduced temporary measures to allow companies to hold their 2019 Annual General Meetings in compliance with the restrictive measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19 disease.
