Since August 2008, when the China’s Anti-Monopoly Law entered into force, the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Commission and Anti-Monopoly Enforcement Authorities have made considerable progress in fleshing out China’s antitrust regime, including by issuing a number of regulations, rules and guidelines.
