Cleary Gottlieb counsel Rüdiger Harms (Cologne), senior attorney Aren Goldsmith (Paris), and associate Paul Stuart (London) co-authored an article on the Kluwer Arbitration Blog entitled, “Apple v. EBizcuss.com: Agreeing a Forum for Your Antitrust Disputes.”

The article discusses the CJEU decision which affirmed that jurisdiction clauses subject to EU law may be enforced by Member State courts in the context of actions for damages for abuse of dominance based on Article 102 TFEU.
