The American Bar Association’s The Antitrust Source recently published the article, “A Five Year Review of Merger Enforcement in China,” in its October issue. Co-authored by Cleary Gottlieb special legal consultant, Cunzhen Huang and Edgeworth Economics partner, Fei Deng, this article covers an overview of all merger reviews in the five years since China’s Anti-Monopoly Law took effect, as well as an in-depth analysis of decisions where the Anti-Monopoly Bureau within the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) intervened.
