Co-authored by Cleary Gottlieb special legal consultant, Cunzhen Huang and Edgeworth Economics partner, Fei Deng, this article covers an overview of all merger reviews in the five years since China’s Anti-Monopoly Law took effect, as well as an in-depth analysis of decisions where the Anti-Monopoly Bureau within the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) intervened.
