WillScot Mobile Mini Sells UK Mobile Storage Business

Cleary Gottlieb represented WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. (WillScot Mobile Mini) in the sale of its UK mobile storage business to the Modulaire Group for cash consideration of approximately £335 million.

The sale is subject to UK regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
