Warburg Pincus in Its Investment in CData

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Warburg Pincus in its equity investment in CData Software, Inc.

Updata Partners, the sole investor in CData’s Series A in 2020 and Series B in 2021, will remain a significant investor. The transaction was announced on June 26, 2024, and the terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
