Cleary Gottlieb represented long-time client Warburg Pincus in its minority investment in Internet Brands, a portfolio company of KKR.

The transaction signed on March 17, 2022, and closed on June 7, 2022. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

Internet Brands integrates web solutions for businesses with media websites for consumers across various industries, including health, legal, dental, auto, home, and travel. Its portfolio includes WebMD, Avvo, Martindale Hubbell, Medscape, and CarsDirect.
