Cleary Gottlieb is representing Warburg Pincus in its acquisition of Wencor Group, a leading designer, repair provider and distributor of aftermarket aerospace components, from an investor group including Odyssey Investment Partners. Warburg Pincus is a leading global private equity firm focused on growth investing. The transaction, which was announced on May 21, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2014.
