Warburg Pincus Acquires Service Express From Harvest Partners

Cleary Gottlieb represented Warburg Pincus LLC (Warburg) in its acquisition of Service Express Inc. (Service Express), a portfolio company of Harvest Partners (Harvest).

The transaction was announced on August 15, 2024. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
