UBS in Bridge Loan to AlphaCredit

Cleary Gottlieb represented UBS in its role as administrative agent, collateral agent, and lender in a $75 million senior secured guaranteed bridge loan facility for Alpha Holding S.A. de C.V. (AlphaCredit).

The bridge loan facility is secured by pledges of Colombian loan assets. The proceeds of the loan will be used to finance the loan origination operations of AlphaCredit and its affiliates in Colombia. The closing date occurred on April 3, 2019.

AlphaCredit is a Mexican company specializing in individual and small business loans.
