The Resource Group International’s Share Repurchase With Ibex

Cleary Gottlieb represented The Resource Group International (TRGI), as selling shareholder, in Ibex Limited’s (Ibex) repurchase of a portion of TRGI’s stake in Ibex.

The total repurchase price was $70 million. The transaction was signed and announced on November 19, 2024, and closed the same day.
