Temasek Holdings in (KRW)150 Billion Follow-On Investment in Celltrion

Cleary Gottlieb represented an affiliate of Temasek Holdings in its purchase of approximately 4.4% of Celltrion from Celltrion Holdings Co. and Celltrion GSC Co. for a purchase price of approximately (KRW)150 billion.

Celltrion is a South Korea-based company listed on the Korean Exchange that develops, manufactures and distributes therapeutics based on recombinant DNA and molecular biology. Temasek is an investment company based in Singapore.
