Tekni-Plex in Consent Solicitation

Cleary Gottlieb represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as solicitation agent in a consent solicitation by Tekni-Plex, Inc.  The solicitation sought consents from holders of Tekni-Plex’s 12 ¾% senior subordinated notes due 2010 in order to increase the amount of debt that Tekni-Plex is permitted to have outstanding at any one time.

Tekni-Plex is a diversified, global manufacturer of packaging, packaging products and materials as well as tubing products.
