Cleary Gottlieb represented the Placement Agents, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and BTG Pactual US Capital, LLC, in a follow-on offering of Ch$ 75.9 billion (US$157.2 million) by Sonda S.A. The issue priced on December 4, 2012 and closed on December 7, 2012. Cleary Gottlieb also served as Placement Agent counsel in connection with Sonda’s initial public offering in 2006.
