Sitios Latinoamérica in $650 Million Senior Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Sitios Latinoamérica S.A.B. de C.V. (Sites) in a Rule 144A/Reg. S offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior notes due 2029.

Bank of America and Citigroup acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and Barclays and Scotiabank acted as joint bookrunners.

The transaction priced on November 20, 2024 and closed on November 25, 2024.

Sites, a spin-off of América Móvil, is one of the largest owners, operators and developers of wireless communications infrastructure in Latin America, with 36,301 tower sites in 16 countries throughout the region.
