Roquette to Acquire Qualicaps

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Roquette Frères SA (Roquette) in its acquisition of Qualicaps Co. Ltd (Qualicaps) from the Mitsubishi Chemical Group.

The transaction signed on July 28, 2023, and is expected to close in Q4 2023, upon completion of customary closing conditions.
