Northrop Grumman to Acquire Orbital ATK for $9.2 Billion

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Citi, as financial advisor to Orbital ATK, in connection with Orbital ATK’s agreement to be acquired by Northrop Grumman for $134.50 in cash per share, representing an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $9.2 billion.

The transaction was announced on September 18, 2017, and is expected to close in the first half of 2018.
