Nordic Investment Bank’s $1 Billion Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb advised the underwriters, Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Bank plc, and Nomura International plc, in the registered offering by Nordic Investment Bank of $1 billion of 2.25% notes due May 21, 2024.

The transaction closed on May 21, 2019.
