New World Resources in €275 Million Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb acted as counsel to Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs International and Erste Group as initial purchasers in connection with the issuance by New World Resources N.V. of €275 million of 7.875% senior notes due 2021. The transaction priced on January 16, 2013 and closed on January 23, 2013.

New World Resources is the largest Czech natural resources company, and a leading producer of hard coal in Central Europe.
