My Money Group Completes Acquisition of HSBC Continental Europe’s Retail Banking in France

Cleary Gottlieb represented My Money Group and its controlling shareholder, funds advised by Cerberus Capital Management, in the acquisition of HSBC Continental Europe’s retail banking in France, which will now be operated by CCF.

The acquisition perimeter also includes HSBC SFH, renamed CCF SFH.

The transaction was completed on January 1, 2024, following the receipt of the required regulatory approvals.
