MercadoLibre in Amendment and Restatement to $400 Million Revolving Credit Agreement

Cleary Gottlieb represented MercadoLibre Inc. (MercadoLibre) in its entry into an amendment and restatement to its $400 million revolving credit agreement guaranteed by several MercadoLibre subsidiaries.

The proceeds of any drawdown under the facility will be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on September 27, 2024.
