Louis Delhaize in €100 Million Term Facility

Cleary Gottlieb represented Louis Delhaize-Compagnie Franco-Belge d’Alimentation in connection with a €100 million term facility granted by Pandios Comm.V.A., a subsidiary of Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A (Rabobank).

Louis Delhaize is a retail group based in Belgium. Its principal activity is the operation of food supermarkets and hypermarkets in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Romania and Hungary.

The facility agreement was signed on July 24, 2012.
