Langan to Sell Minority Interest to TowerBrook

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Langan Engineering & Environmental Services (Langan) in its sale of a minority interest to TowerBrook Capital Partners.

The transaction signed on October 24, 2023, and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, subject to receipt of certain regulatory clearances and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions. The financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

Langan is a premier provider of integrated land development engineering and environmental consulting services in support of land development projects, corporate real estate portfolios, and the energy industry.
