Cleary Gottlieb represented La Poste in the annual update of its €7 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme. The update closed October 18, 2012. The notes issued under the programme may be listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris. Deutsche Bank acted as arranger under the programme and Barclays, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Natixis, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and The Royal Bank of Scotland were appointed dealers under the programme.
