KT's $500 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb served as transaction counsel in a Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $500 million 4.125% notes due 2028 by KT Corporation (KT).

BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, and HSBC served as initial purchasers for the offering, which closed on October 2, 2024. The notes are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

KT, whose shares are listed on the NYSE, is a leading telecommunication service provider in Korea. As an integrated telecommunications service provider, KT’s principal services include fixed-line telephone services, broadband internet access service, and mobile telecommunication services.
