Morgan, The Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS as the joint lead managers and KB Investment & Securities as a co-manager in a Regulation S offering by Kookmin Bank of $300 million of 3.625% notes due 2017 under its $8 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The closing took place on July 14, 2011.
