Cleary Gottlieb represented Kookmin Bank in a Reg. S offering by Shinsegae Inc. of $300 million subordinated capital securities guaranteed by Kookmin Bank. The securities were listed on the Singapore Exchange. The offering priced on May 5, 2015 and closed on May 8, 2015.

Kookmin Bank is the flagship bank of KB Financial Group, one of the largest financial holding companies in Korea and whose shares are listed on the NYSE.
