Jared Gerber Named 2018 Law360 Securities Rising Star

Cleary Gottlieb partner Jared Gerber has been named a 2018 Law360 Securities Rising Star.

Jared’s innovative work on notable securities matters, including Brazilian oil & gas giant Petrobras’ widely covered corruption scandal, Operation Carwash, and in securing a landmark ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court in California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) v. ANZ Securities Inc. et al., earned him a spot among Law360’s select list. He also filed briefs on behalf of several amici before the Supreme Court and in various courts of appeal, raising significant and high-profile issues in securities litigation.
