Henry Schein in the Acquisition of scil animal care company

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Henry Schein, Inc. in the acquisition of scil animal care company GmbH, a distributor of animal health laboratory and imaging diagnostic products and services to veterinarians. The transaction was announced on January 19. It is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015.
