Four deals on which Cleary Gottlieb advised have been shortlisted as Deals of the Year for Law.com International’s 2023 Asia Legal Awards:

Securities Deal of the Year: Debt (Hyundai Heavy Industries green notes offering)
Securities Deal of the Year: Debt (Korea Development Bank $1 billion notes issuance)
Securities Deal of the Year: Equity (Burning Rock Biotech’s London listing)
ESG Deal of the Year (Export-Import Bank of Korea Term Note Program)

The winners will be announced March 30 at a ceremony in Singapore.
