Cleary Gottlieb represented Crédit Agricole S.A. in 26 offerings of notes under its €85 billion medium-term note (EMTN) program for an aggregate nominal amount of €8.82 billion, S$250 million, HK$801 million, $50 million, ¥6 billion, CHF 440 million, A$30 million, £750 million, and NOK 800 million between April 2022 and December 2022.
The notes issued by Crédit Agricole S.A. are governed by French law and qualify as senior preferred notes, senior non-preferred notes, or subordinated notes. They bear either fixed, floating, fixed-to-floating, or resettable interest rates, and are either listed or non-listed.
The offerings were syndicated or non-syndicated.
