Cognita Schools in Successful Repricing of €1.26 Billion TLB

Cleary Gottlieb advised Cognita Schools on the successful repricing of its €1.259 billion first lien cov-lite TLB, leading to a reduction in the margin of 0.25% per annum.

This represents Cognita Schools’ second repricing of its TLB this year, following a successful repricing in February 2024.

Cognita Schools is an education group that owns and operates over 100 schools in Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States, and employs over 18,000 teaching and support staff in the care and education of more than 90,000 students.
