CMA CGM S.A. in €300 Million Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented CMA CGM S.A. in its offering of €300 million of 8.75% Senior Notes due 2018. The notes were sold in a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction priced on December 10 and closed on December 16.

CMA CGM S.A., based in Marseilles, France, is the third largest container shipping company in the world.
