Cleary Wins International Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year at Bonds & Loans Capital Markets & ESG Finance Awards

Cleary Gottlieb has won the International Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year award at the 2024 Bonds & Loans Capital Markets & ESG Finance Awards, recently held in Riyadh.

Cleary was recognized for its work as legal advisor to the Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) in its $1.32 billion (SAR4.95 billion) initial public offering and listing on the main market of the Saudi Exchange. The IPO was Saudi Arabia’s third-largest of the year, with strong demand from investors in the kingdom and internationally.
