Cleary Gottlieb has won three Global Competition Review (GCR) 2020 awards for its work on marquee merger control matters in the Americas and Europe:

• Matter of the Year: T-Mobile in the $26 billion acquisition of Sprint and the required divestiture of assets to DISH Network
• Merger Control Matter of the Year in the Americas: Disney’s $71.3 billion acquisition of 21st Century Fox
• Merger Control Matter of the Year in Europe: IBM’s €30 billion acquisition of software company Red Hat
